Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 4 Seasons Shopping. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Sunglasses must have no scratches on lenses or frame damage
  • Hats must be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@4seasonsshopping.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  2. We will send you a return authorization and return shipping address
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
  4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid label.
  • Change of mind: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures you get your replacement quickly without waiting for the return to process.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has been dispatched, it must be returned following the standard return process. To cancel, email info@4seasonsshopping.com as soon as possible.
